Characteristics of cathodic arc coating of vacuum coating equipment

In the vacuum coating process of the vacuum coating machine, the cathode arc of the vacuum coating equipment emits a plasma beam (which is mixed with macroscopic particles and neutral atoms). The electromagnetic filter elbow is responsible for filtering out unnecessary macro particles and neutral atoms, and only those ions with a certain energy can reach the substrate. This particular technology can produce films with higher hardness, density, and purity. Films deposited by the FCVA method: higher bonding force with the substrate; have good optical, chemical, electronic and mechanical properties; and good repeatability, fully meet various actual production requirements.

In addition, in the vacuum coating machine coating process, the surface temperature of the substrate can generally be kept below 70 ℃. Therefore, plastic or rubber can be FCVA coated. Unlike traditional methods (such as: chemical vapor deposition method, physical vapor deposition method), FCVA technology generates energy stable arc and 100% pure ion beam current, the energy can be accurately controlled according to different requirements. Through this technology, we can produce unique ta-C films and produce high-quality Al2O3 films.
