2. before discharging, check the heating room of the equipment, the heating room must be clean, no debris, dust, oil, water, etc. In the inspection of the placed goods, the same dry cleaning, no water stains, oil stains, etc. need to be cleaned before discharging.

3. After loading, turn the knob to the “door closed” position. Then, start the "mechanical pump " and "roughing valve". The vacuum unit and the furnace are pumped together, and the vacuum furnace power isturned on together (the vacuum gauge power supply is generally started with the total power supply).

4. When the vacuum is higher than 1000Pa, the vacuum gauge monitoring point “J2” lights up. At this time, the " Roots pump can be opened If the conditions are not met, the “Roots Pump” will not open, and there is no response when the button is clicked.

5. When the vacuum is higher than 7Pa, the vacuum gauge monitoring point "J1" lights up. At this time, open the "front stage valve" and "dispersion pump". Preheat the "dispersion pump".

Sixth, until the "dispersion pump" warm-up time reaches 90 minutes (can investigate the counter on the touch screen), close the "rough pump valve", open the "high valve", pump high vacuum on the furnace.

7. When the furnace vacuum reaches the working vacuum (the vacuum gauge monitoring point “J3” lights up, pay attention to the initial monitoring point setting is high, you can set it yourself or reach the required vacuum degree, open the heating by yourself), turn on the heating, Together with the temperature control table, the operation is started (the heating curve needs to be compiled beforehand).

Eight, the temperature rise, after the completion of the entire process flow, the "process is completed" alarm, together, the heating is actively closed.

9. If natural cooling is selected, the vacuum brazing furnace equipment will be operated as usual, and the equipment will be naturally cooled to the outlet temperature, and the “high valve”, “dispersion pump” and “roots pump” will be closed, leaving only the “mechanical pump” and “ The front stage valve "vacuates and cools the "dispersion pump". Together, the knob can be turned to the "door open" orientation. Close the "vacuum gauge", open the "manual deflation valve", and deflate. When the pressure in the furnace and the atmospheric pressure are balanced, the furnace door is actively opened, and the "manual vent valve" can be tightened together. The "mechanical pump" and "front stage valve" can be closed when the "dispersion pump" temperature is cooled to room temperature (about one hour). Close water, electricity, and gas. Finish the entire process.

10. If you choose strong cooling, after the eighth step, close the “vacuum meter”, “high valve”, “rough pumping valve” and “dispersion pump”, leaving only the “mechanical pump” and “pre-stage valve” pairs. The dispersion pump is evacuated and cooled. Open the "inflation valve", fill the furnace with nitrogen or argon until it is basically balanced with the atmosphere (the pressure gauge controls the fan to start the detection point and the inflation upper limit detection point), and open the strong cooling fan until it is cooled to the outlet temperature ( In the strong cold process, the qi is actively controlled). Close the "inflation valve".After cooling to the outlet temperature, turn the knob to the "door open" orientation. Then unscrew the “manual bleed valve” to inflate to the atmosphere, the furnace door is actively opened, and then the “manual bleed valve” is tightened. Then take the material. Close water, electricity, and gas. Finish the entire process.
