Analysis and maintenance of common faults of vacuum unit equipment

Common failures that occur in vacuum units:

The cause of the above problem and the solution

1. Large vibration reasons:

1.2. Bad alignment.

Approach:

Solution:

1.1. Improve lubrication conditions;

1.2. Realignment;

1.3. Replace the bearing;

1.4. Re-adjust the bearing position.

3. The operation sound is abnormal.

1.1. Bearing problems.

1.2. Gas flushing or spraying.

1.3. Exhaust, suction pipe wall is too thin.

Approach:

1.2. Take the exhaust port out of the room;

1.3. Replace the thicker pipe of the pipe wall.

4. Startup difficulties, motor trip or over current

1.1. The inside of the pump is frozen or several pieces of rust inside;

1.2. The liquid level in the liquid ring vacuum pump is too high at startup;

1.3. Exclude pressure increase;

1.4. Improper adjustment of the power distribution screen current protection.

Processing method:

1.1. Steam heating and melting ice; force the rotor;

1.2. Start according to the specified liquid level;

1.4. Adjust the thermal relay to the rated value.

5. Inhalation drop

1.1. System leaks ‘

1.2. The flexible valve plate is damaged;

1.3. Insufficient liquid supply or high liquid temperature;

1.4. The internal parts have large gaps and the parts are corroded;

1.5. The axial clearance does not meet the requirements.

Processing method:

1.1. Check the tightness of the link line;

1.2. Replace the valve plate;

1.4. Adjust the axial clearance;

1.5. Replace parts.

6. Card death

1.1. The foreign matter in the pipeline is carried into the pump body by the gas;

1.2. Severe scaling.

Approach:

1.1. Clean the pump body and check the pipeline.

1.2. Cleaning.
