3. The diffusion pump is used continuously for more than 6 months, the pumping speed is obviously slow, or the operation is improper, it is filled into the atmosphere, the connecting water pipe is removed, the electric furnace plate is removed, the first stage nozzle is unscrewed, and the pump chamber and the pump are first used with gasoline. Wash the gallbladder again, then wash it with water, then rinse thoroughly with water. After the water has evaporated, install the pump, add the new diffusion pump oil, replace it, connect the water pipe, and install the electric furnace. The disk can be rebooted. Pay attention to leak detection before restarting.
