Magnetron sputtering plating: The magnetron target is a static electromagnetic field, the magnetic field is curved, and the magnetic field changes the direction of the electron movement, which is an abnormal glow discharge of high-density plasma. It is characterized by low sputtering energy and low basic temperature.

Multi-arc ion plating: Multi-arc target is an arc evaporation source, a cold cathode arc discharge type self-sustained and self-ionizing solid evaporation source. It is characterized by high ion energy, high deposition rate, high film density and good single solidity.

Evaporation coating of vacuum coating equipment is mainly used for glass and plastic. Magnetron can sputter a variety of metals. The film thickness and color are relatively easy to control.
