First of all, you must rush into the atmosphere, remove the connecting water pipe, unscrew the first-stage nozzle, and clean the pump cavity and pump bladder with gasoline, and then wash it with washing powder and water, and install it after the water evaporates. The pump liner, refill the newly diffused pump oil, and put it back into the body, then it can be restarted.

When vacuum plating is restarted, special attention should be paid to leak detection. First, observe whether the vacuum degree of the diffusion pump reaches 6*10PA, otherwise we need to conduct leak detection.
Check whether the joint is equipped with a sealing rubber ring, or the sealing ring is crushed.

Heating can only be done after the hidden danger of air leakage is eliminated, otherwise the diffusion pump oil will burn the ring and cannot enter the working state.
When the vacuum coating equipment pump works continuously for a month, we must replace the new oil again to completely discharge the old oil in the pump oil.

Then add new pump oil to a certain amount. After using it continuously for more than half a year, when changing the vacuum pump oil, the oil cap should be opened and the dirt in the tank should be wiped with a cloth.
