Vacuum coating machine preparation before use

Before using the vacuum coating machine, you must read the instruction manual carefully, familiar with the structural principle of the whole machine, the function and operation method of each component. 

1. After confirming that the water, electricity and gas have been installed correctly, first run the slide valve pump and the Roots pump, and the direction of rotation should be consistent with the direction specified by each pump. 

2. Check whether the power transmission devices of the equipment are operating normally.

3. Check the starting condition of the winding car, check whether the sealing of the winding car and the vacuum tank is reliable, check whether the various travel switches mounted on the guide rail are working properly, and check whether the placement and positioning of the track are in good condition. 

4. According to the order from low vacuum to high vacuum, the vacuum system is debugged step by step to check whether the sealing of each link is reliable, whether the opening and closing of each valve is flexible, whether the position of the Hall switch is correct, and each vacuum pump should run smoothly without abnormal vibration. No abnormal noise.
