4. According to the surface shape, pollutant type, surface state and other factors, select pre-cleaning, cleaning and other links. In this process, most companies currently choose chemical removal methods, which brings the disadvantage of chemical corrosion. Especially for an unfamiliar sample, experienced production personnel will pay more attention to avoid damaging the customer's product. A better option is to remove the contaminants physically.

5. For samples with special shapes or structures, effective means must be selected, methods removed, and gadgets must be made when necessary. Otherwise, even if the test is successfully completed in one sample, mass production requirements cannot be guaranteed.

6. Test the effect of pretreatment. This is particularly important for sample testing. The inspection should focus on whether the sample is damaged or corroded due to the pre-treatment process, and whether there are new defects in the pre-treatment link.

7. The sample test should be done by the senior engineer himself, and the process flow will be compiled after the process is obtained and then put into production.
